Restaurant Siang Jiang is seeking a highly skilled Chinese Chef with a minimum of 5
years of professional cooking experience and a valid chef certification. Fluency in
Mandarin Chinese language is a must.
Tasks:
● Prepare and cook traditional Chinese dishes with authenticity
● Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
● Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional chef, specializing in Chinese
cuisine
● Possess a valid chef certification
● Expertise in a wide range of Chinese cooking techniques, including stir-frying,
steaming, and braising etc.
● Knowledge of Chinese ingredients, spices, and flavors
● Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
● Must be fluent in spoken and written in Mandarin Chinese
Salary: 375,000 DDK per year
